This advanced system helps manage and control hopper batching efficiently. Perfect for improving productivity and accuracy in your operations.
The H-BTB200 controller/indicator features an LED bar graph that provides a quick visual status of the batching process. It can also display the last 10 batch amounts with time and date stamp, the current day’s usage, and the last four 24-hour usage amounts.
The controller software is self-learning and has early shut-off detection.
It automatically adjusts for free-fall material to optimize batching accuracy.
Combined with our precision S-type load cells (available in capacities of 250 or 500 lb each), the H-BTB200 system can display the feed hopper weight and the target batch amount in 0.1lb increments.
The BinTrac system is designed to be reliable, low-maintenance, and easy to operate.
As always, BinTrac scales can be easily added to outside storage bins to help improve management of on-farm feed inventory and deliveries.
