Godshall’s Quality Meats, a third-generation, family-owned smoked meats producer, has unveiled its latest innovation: Chicken Bacon, a leaner and healthier alternative to traditional pork bacon.

Using premium whole-muscle chicken and smoked in Godshall’s own smokehouse, the new product aligns with consumer demand for lean proteins, health-conscious eating, and clean-label ingredients while delivering the flavor and texture bacon lovers expect.

“This product offers consumers a flavorful, high-quality alternative to traditional bacon, catering to those seeking new and versatile options for a variety of meal occasions,” said JR Rivera, Vice President of Sales at Godshall’s Quality Meats.

Chicken Bacon fills this gap, offering real meat, smoked flavor, and performance in the kitchen.”

The launch follows Godshall’s previous innovations, including Hickory Smoked Uncured Pork Bacon and Beef Bacon, introduced to select retailers in 2024.
